I found the service to be poor I had nothing but the run around from ADT medical mobile alarm nz just over a refund I don't recommend ADT why email or call I never ever get customer service let alone a call back my refund was approved weeks ago where is it.I have been waiting for over 3 months for a very small refund and been given the run around no one seams to know whaat's going on which I find disappointing why should I have to WAIT.Call the 0800 number has gotten me nothing but a brick wall l.
