Excellent sales & after sales service. Bought a used Trax from them in December 2022. The purchase process was quick & painless. Had a minor issue on it after a few months, Nick was very quick to get it sorted for us. Will definitely refer them to others.

Purchase a Havel Jolion this week. Service exceptional vehicle the same. The only issue I had was their finance company. Branded finance wanting material online so did use finance.

Pity I had to give 1 star?!The usual bad, not customer focused experiance with a subaru repair. Told it would take 30 mins 2hours later told it would be another 15min. No reason given. Same bad customer service I experanced 3 years ago. I will continue to avoid southern subaru service. The Christchurch branch isn't that far away.
