These guys were phenomenal! I tried a few other places before ending up here and was so glad I did because every person working there was so friendly, helpful and professional. Had issues with my flasher relay unit and they got it sorted for me super fast and for such a great price, 110% recommended

We went to Bensons to fix a brake imbalance, replace a seatbelt and get our headlight adjusted after a failed WOF. It started off really well - the front desk staff were really helpful and friendly. But when we picked up the car and took it for our WOF retest the inspector said whatever had been done had made the brakes worse, and the headlight hadn't been looked at at all. I went back to Bensons and they did fix the issues but they offered no apology or explanation about why what they had done in the first place had been so poor. I understand not wanting to outright accept liability but I felt like I was made to feel like a hassle for asking them to sort out the mistakes they'd made. Really disappointing experience.

Exceptional service from the team at Bensons! Enquired on Wednesday about getting a reversing camera fitted to my Volkswagen Golf. Parts were ordered and job completed the following Monday. Top quality job and price was A+ coming well under the quoted price. Totally recommend!

The staff here were so helpful when the battery died on our motorhome. The work was great, the price seemed fair and they went above and beyond to help us out seeing as our motor and therefore our home was out of action!I would definitely recommend this place and the team there.

Had a bad experience. I had discussed and arranged payments with one lady there who was great she then left to do my car. Then I had another lady behind the desk ask me about payments in front of other customers saying how much I owed I told her I had spoken to the other lady and it was sorted she continued to go on so I exited the shop as it was too much. She then followed me and got right in my face (could have lost it) I swore out of anger and left. I wouldn't continue to go there if it wasnt the only place close to wairoa available for what is needed in my vehicle.

What an awesome professional place! Have always liked going there but the new owners have taken service to a whole new level. Had my airconditioning serviced for summer, got my vehicle back on time and had my invoice on my email to claim as an expense even before I had left the premises. Very friendly staff too.
