Just watched the courier throw my delivery on the concrete ground, lucky my purchase survived as there were 4 glass mugs inside, not usually one to complain but this really made me mad ! I've just paid you for this service so expect better.

Made a purchase in Tauranga 8 days ago. The seller sent me the track and trace number 6 days ago. Today the tracking shows it is still sitting in the Tauranga branch, hasn't even left Tauranga yet! Tried calling but never any answer, it just leaves you on hold the whole time. Shocking service.

Got a shipment picked up on the 6th of June, still no delivery to customer and it is now 26th of June. Have called multiple times to Tauranga service desk, promised a call back 3 times, never called back, I had to chase them up every time. Staff admitted they didn't follow up twice. No one knows where our $6,500 product is. How can a logistics company not know where packages are?

Horrific customer service. My package was sitting at the Tauranga depot for a week. Someone came to deliver it on a Friday and for some reason took it back to the depot. After calling them twice, I have still not heard anything or received the package

My parcel left Auckland 22nd November - arrived Tauranga 24th November .Sat in Tauranga depot for a week until I went there and collected it myself December 1st!!They have so many parcels there I guess a lot of people will not see them before Christmas!!!!Later today - I received an email saying my parcel has'been deivered' Yeah right !!!!!

Horrible delivery service. Threw my parcel at my door. Then when i stepped out side to see what the thump was, the driver quickly jumped back in his van.. still no reply from my complaint either via E-mail..

We bought a 14ft trampoline from Trade Tested on Tuesday 1 May 2018 and was scheduled to be delivered today Monday 7 May 2018, so we phoned the Toll couriers to make sure that it will be today and they assured us that it will definitely be delivered today! So I took the day off work to be here when it gets delivered....and it's now 17:00 and no trampoline...phoned to find out what's happening and was told maybe tomorrow!! So not happy wasted a day!! WON'T be buying anything from Trade Tested again if delivery is like this and will definitely not recommend Toll Couriers to any one!!!
