I want to compliment this store and its workers for great customer service. I was calling from the United States because I had an audio question and it was Sunday and no stores were open around me, but it was Monday in NZ so I figured they would be open.Whoever answered the phone was very nice and walked me through the solution to my problem and they knew I was in another country. I am happy with the service I received here, and if I ever make it back to Auckland I am going to stop by and say thanks to these workers!

Bought the items from them on sale but is faulty. It took them a long time to respond and finally the response came that I should get it serviced.It truly feels like they did not take my issue serious and them suggesting to just service the item seems strange. It was on sale and a demo unit for a few hours but still this is poor service.I would have had better luck buying on trademe.
