This place is under new ownership.. look the 2 women there were very nice ..BUT .. I had a $45 Pedicure, they hardly had any colours to choose from, I felt the women who did my pedicure was not experienced and it really wasn’t that good. My cuticles were not well trimed and the shaping was not up to par ..I’ve been to other places and my toenails look amazing ..

I recently went for a 60min facial and in all honesty it was an absolute waste of my $60. Although its cheap but that doesnt give you a free pass to wash my face with some random cheap smelling cleanser, remove blackheads and massage for 10mins put some random pack and good to go. No actual face massage, no nice face pack. I could have wasted my $60 elsewhere. I am extremely dissappointed and i wouldnt recommend. There was no interest by the lady who did my facial, overall 1 on scale of 5 from me. You can do so much better. I would suggest increase your prices to $80 but deliver quality!

After reading reviews I was doubtful but the place is total changed and the salon is now bought by new owner. They have music and aura of the place is really good... Impressed with the facial service and thanks for amazing nails... loved their facial room... will visit you guys again...

Bought gift voucher for my wife for her birthday she was extremely happy with the service. She took facials, massage manicure and pedicure. Good customer service thanks for making her day amazing.

I have been before but this time was the worst. Manpreet is the best one. This lady is sweet but not the work. It’s bit rough handling.wax was stuck here and there. She is trying so hard to clean it off. On top of it my skin is sensitive.I can sense that she is not that experienced. I regretted going there and returned unhappy. But next time if any one wanna go there make sure manpreet is there to help.

You get what you paid for. Yes, it was cheaper than any other and it signals that something is not quite right. I found this place on Grabone and this now refrains me from using this app to find good offers in the future. I booked over the phone in the same day for the $35/h relaxation massage. Yes, usually it is $60 anywhere else and I decided to give a go. The therapist didn’t seem to enjoy this job, otherwise should know how to take care of some details, like cutting the corner of the nails before performing the massage. I should have complained in the beginning, but let it go as I thought the service would be even worse. To make things worse, she was talking on the phone while doing the massage! What a lack of respect and considerations. This time I asked her to stop talking and do her job. As I felt stressed already, this relaxation massage was not relaxing at all. Maybe I should get my money back? Nah, not worth it. Let them keep it and use this money from me and others to make it better and improve their services. I hate doing negative reviews, but this one is necessary to make the owners of this place aware of the situation.

Recieved voucher from the website- my sister went and she found it awesome, good service and all whatever you name it. At first I wasn’t too sure about the reviews but then I found out that the salon was bought by a new owner recently and redesigned. Highly recommended
