DO NOT STAY HERE! This place needs to be shut down. Absolutely terrible service, the rooms are gross and if you’re on the lower levels and there’s people above you all you hear all night is people stomping around so you get no sleep. Nothing in our room got replaced so we had no milk for hot drinks and we ran out of toilet paper. Reception doesn’t even have a receptionist, you have to call for any queries. All keys for every room are left in one lockbox so anyone could grab your key instead of their own. Absolutely atrocious. Shouldn’t be running that’s for sure.

If you have other choices, DON NOT stay here.Because for the same price, you deserve a better environment and service. The motel itself is really old and the spa pool doesn’t work.And we finished the check in by calling them because there was no one in the reception at around 3pm (weekdays).By the way, the location is quiet good and convenient:)

The location of the motel is good, everything is nearby, but the motel rooms are dirty and cold. Our first room had bugs and damp air. We don't want to stay there, so we go to the reception to explain the situation, but around 17:00 there was no one there anymore. There was a number to call, no one picked up for a long time, but finally the woman answered and gave us another room, which was a little better. This motel should think further about cleanliness and warmth.

Please read other reviews before booking we had a person next door very drunk swearing at night and in the morning. It really scared my daughter and I felt very uncomfortable. The office is closed at night so you cannot contact anyone. I asked for a toaster, when I plugged it in it didn’t work. Good location but very run down and expensive. We should have read the reviews before booking.

Absolute dump. Noisy slumb. Windows ain't shut.. advertise SKY.. nothing.. with absolutely minimum wifi connection.. rank rooms.. wreaks of bleach but nothings clean??. Party on the left side and frittas smoking crack in the right. Lucky thought to bring own tv because theirs ddnt want to work. Fml read reviews before hand

Poor customer service, great difficulty getting the room keys as no staff on site.Very basic rooms in poor condition, looks derelict ftom the outside Only upside was the sheets were clean and good location. Very disappointing.

If you're looking for a lodge you're onto it.Room needed a good clean, OK if you're after just room. Bring your own HDMI or Netflix or other steaming account as the TV has nothing else connected.

Do not stay here! I cant believe they charge what they do for this place. Went to shower the kids, No hot water, their excuse was that someone must be using the water. The heater was broken, the place was freezing. Someone tried entering our room during the night, luckily the chain was on.Unfortunately it was 5pm when we checked in and with young kids, finding an alternative reasonably priced accomodation wasn't an option, thank God we only needed one night.

This place does Not deserve a rating minus 10 is mine, where to start? Had to ring to get a key code for locked box no reception, I stayed in the studio out the back, curtains falling off the rails, door rattled if not locked, trust me it was locked for my own safety, kitchenette and kitchen utensils dirty coffee stains everywhere. Bathroom was beyond words not sure if it had been cleaned in months? Oven broken, no heating rung to ask for some form of heating that didn't happen. Found someone's chewing gum stuck to bedside table. Kitchen table dirty. My recommendations is to book somewhere else

Location is great and I was allowed to check in early.Upon arrival no one to greet you at the desk and you have to phone the manager who contacts her house keeping staff through Facebook messenger.Booked a room with spa only to get told the booking they received was for a double room for one person and no help with correcting the problem.Light switches are connected to all the lights so you can’t have just one light on.Mirror needs cleaning, and light fixtures are starting to fall from the ceiling. No bin or even rubbish bag was provided for the room. The fridge leaks water on the floor and a massive hole in the wall behind the fridge.The sheets were clean but very cold in the night. Heater (which says do not cover) is located right underneath the curtains, which is a health and safety hazard.I don’t take long showers but the hot water in the shower lasted about 4 minutes before turning cold.The hair dryer was filled with fluff and rust and didn’t even turn on at the wall.
