I highly recommend Dr Jay and his team. My 30kg dog is injection shy, and Dr Jay and his team took their time, put my dog at ease and gave him a injection without needing to be physical. It was amazing! My dog loves visiting this clinic. Dr Jay in attentive, knowledgeable and gentle with pets.

This place is amazing. Our dog Bandit needed emergency surgery to remove an obstruction from his intestine. He is incredibly afraid of vets and Dr. Jay and his staff took special care to prep him his own private recovery room and were super gentle with him. He did amazing work removing the obstruction and his sutures were so good that Bandit barely has a scar. Dr. Jay and his team stayed well past 2a until Bandit was recovered and ready to go home with us. I can't say enough about the excellent care Dr. Jay and his wonderful staff provide. Thank you for taking such good care of our Bandit.

Id like to thank Dr.Jay & his team doing such a wonderful job on our kuri Wilson, who needed a massive lump in his ankle removed...they also added in extras while he went into surgery & cleaned him up real good...super friendly service...my whanau & i are greatful Wilson is happy...thanks again x

Amazing place! Friendly staff went in for X-rays & medicine highly recommend bringing your pets here lovely service and handling with pets always keeping us updated with our male cat who has suffered damage to his pelvis we live in Mangere and make the travel , so worth it ❤️
