Hot Spring Spas Tauranga

Recently purchased a new Spa. Communication was great and they were very professional and accommodating with installation. Highly recommend Ford Hpt Spring Spas.

I purchased a Limelight Beam spa in November 2019. This is my second spa from Ford Hot Spring Spas in Tauranga, and once again I am 100% satisfied with the quality of product and great service. I had moved house and was tight for space, so Jason and Diana worked with me to get the most suitable spa at a great price, and Robert went to a lot of trouble to ensure the installation went smoothly. Great team!

I needed a part of my spa to be repaired and the team were fast and so efficient, this is the second time I have had a repair under warranty and they have been so understanding and great. I am so so happy I brought my spa from Hot Springs. It is heaven and the service is five star!

There is nothing better than bonding with family members in our Hot Springs spa pool. It's a great way to really relax and unwind or warm up after a swim at the beach. I know that Jason and his team at Ford Spas provide not only a quality product but quality service as well.

Hot Spring Spas Tauranga technicians were super efficient, and restored my saltwater spa exterior that had been damaged in a move to looking brand new within an afternoon. Excellent job team, thanks.

We purchase a swim spa through Jason and his team and they were amazing to work with. Not only delivering it but assisting in installing it into our deck. Jason team has been so helpful in teaching me the ins and outs of owning and running a spa.

Thought it’d be a good idea to buy a quality spa. Asked the lady in the store multiple times if it was quiet as it would be beside our bedroom and outdoor area. She assured us it would be. Turns out it’s extremely loud when running, even their own technician said so.The spa pool lid was also a completely different colour so looks funny. Hot Springs response was to offer to buy the 6 month old spa back off us for $7,500 less than what we paid for it!! So we would have lost $7.5k for owning the spa for 6 months. I went to Hot Springs Head Office, they said each retailer can do what they want and they provide no overall guarantee. So their “good name” doesn’t mean anything.Friends have a Silver spa and others have an Alpine and they’re both 10x more quiet, look far better and are cheaper.Gutted to pay so much thinking we’d get high quality and it’s been the total opposite.
