Shosha Colombo Street

I went in to the store today with my partner at around 1:30pm. The two boys working were nice at first but then made an unnecessary compliment towards my partner which made both of us feel uncomfortable. When I told them what juice I wanted, one of them decided to throw it to the other one and he didn't catch it, it just fell on the ground. I know the product wouldn't have been damaged, but it was frustrating seeing the product I was buying being thrown around in some attempt to be/look cool. Definitely an egotistical vibe between them, and would prefer not to shop here again due to this. Probably nothing to complain about but it definitely put me off the store 100%

Top service. Friendly informative staff however after driving from out of town into the city to purchase a new vape worth $230 then get home to find out that the said vape doesn't come with a battery which i wasnt informed about at the time. Maybe just chuck a sticker on the box to let people know. I was able to score a battery thanks to a mate. Keep up the good work.

These guys sell nangs and act like they're for cooking. Attitude of the service was below par. Terrible place. Will not go back.

Purchased a disposable vape from here which is supposed to last 3000 puffs. Battery was dead after 24 hours. Store would not offer a refund or replacement. Stated it’s not under warranty, even though they sold me a faulty item. Won’t be back sorry.

Best service received today from a lovely young girl, I recall her name was Jade. She went out of her way to provide info on the products I was after. 100% will be coming back and recommending this store to my friends.

The most ridiculous vape store I have ever been to. Staff is not professional at all. They behave like they know their products but they have no idea what they are selling.You ask them a question, they go “ I don’t know”. Then who is supposed to know?I have seen myself they send their customers down to Cosmic because they are just too lazy to serve.I have seen staff playing games on their mobile phone. Looks like there is no management whatsoever or maybe the management doesn’t care.

Vast range of supplies, good prices, and always encountered friendly & helpful staff. Highly recommend :)

Really poor after sales service. Came to return my faulty $70 vape set which was purchased 4days ago. The staff simply doesn’t care once the product is sold. They wouldn’t even take the product back to inspect and simply says No. I even showed the faulty product in side the store and they asked to call the 0800 number where no service is available on a Saturday. Shosha and your staff ,you guys don’t go a long way when you can’t take responsibility for your own products. I was just ripped off and I will take this with Consumer NZ !! Shop somewhere else which has good reviews! Don’t want this to happen to any other person! It’s just $70 ,but still it’s hard earn money!

Very friendly staff, always greeted with a Hey mate! How can I help today?" and any questions I have are answered even if they aren't sure at first.Always end up leaving with a smile
