Bedpost St Lukes

It is amazing to come out of a shop feeling really looked after. The service was friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. I ended up communicating over email as I needed to send a photo of what I wanted. The replies were immediate & I was able to place an order, pay the invoice & lock in a date for delivery. Such an easy experience. Well done!

Excellent, aside from the fact they use comic sans in their emails.....But seriously, staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and bed arrived super fast. Cannot recommend enough.

The staff were amazing to deal with. I had to move house and the staff helped me with finding the right mattress which i needed fairly urgently. Unfortunately I didn't end up not needing it, and Bedpost happily refunded me without any drama. I will definitely be going back when the time comes to investing in a new bed. Thanks for taking the stress out of moving house.

We dropped into Bedpost St. Lukes on a bit of a whim last Saturday and were served by Kushal Singh. He was awesome at working through all of the options with us to arrive at exactly the right solution for our needs. He then sharpened his pencil and gave us a great deal to boot. He was knowledgeable and really personable. The bed was delivered yesterday and we can't speak highly enough of Jordan and Lenny who delivered, installed, and checked that everything was good to go - all with good humour, extra care, and total professionalism. All in all a good experience all round and we will definitely recommend them to others.

Excellent service from Kushal who works here. Kushal was professional and polite. He knew his numbers, prices and his knowledge of different bed frames/structures was outstanding. Kushal's communication was direct and straight to the point. Because of Kushal's expertise and help, we felt confident to purchase a bed that we would love - which we do! What a wonderful shopping experience we had at Bedpost St Lukes. Our sales assistant's (Luke) had patience no end and an incredible knowledge about everything we asked. We also shared a good laugh that made our shopping even better. Luke never put pressure on us, and gave us all of time we needed to choose the perfect bed for us. When we came home we found out that we accidentally ordered the wrong bed size. So we rang Bedpost and with no drama or hassle they changed our order and gave us the option either to choose something else from their store or to refund the price difference back to our bank account. Delivery of the new bed was fast and on time. Highly recommend Bedpost St Lukes as their staff really cares for their customers. Would buy there again any time. We love our new bed! Excellent service and advice. We purchased a Beauty rest mattress and were able to consider all the options before making a decision. Kyle Luo was excellent in the advice and time and attention to detail that he provided. His expert knowledge was very much appreciated. We've been back three times since purchasing the original bed: to purchase newer slats for our bed and to purchase pillows for the new mattress - Kyle remembered our names and what we had purchased and helped us to choose pillows. We now sleep a lot better with our new mattress, which is lovely and comfortable. This is the place to come to get a good night's sleep. The entire staff are brilliant too.

Kushal was AMAZING to deal with. We custom designed and ordered a headboard via Bedpost. Because it wasn't off the shelf we were a little nervous. Kushal kept us in the loop throughout the process of the build. He also sent us photos via email so we could check the design before it was shipped. We wanted a change to the design, so the headboard was sent back to production... everything was organised by Kushal for this, and it was extremely efficient. We have just completed a new build, and Bedpost St Lukes was one of the best suppliers we have worked with throughout the build. New builds come with a LOT of frustration... but dealing with Kushal was only a pleasure. Thank you!!! We love our headboard!! Bridget
