Was quite early in the morning, so as they say early bird catches the worm lol.The two female staff members on were knowledgeable, abit sad I couldn't look at the firearms cabinets.But good on you for knowing your limits,and gun code. In saying that I did purchase a rather nice knife. Awesome

Wow... we popped into Hamills today for a browse, the customer service was amazing, the staff member came up to us and asked if he could help, then told us about a new product arriving next Friday, so if we could hold off until then we could compare it to what we currently were going to get. We looked at some fishing clothing and they had all the info and knew their products well, we left feeling like we had purchased the right stuff for what we needed.

Bought new model pig sticking knife yesterday and it arrived by courier this morning. Highly impressive efficiency and customer service. tracking number emailed without needing to ask. this is not first time i've received great service here, infact everytime so i will continue to support these guys and advise anyone else too. even threw in some fruit bursts to make my day while i admire my new purchase=D
