Excellent service but Spark offers are not enticing. Too expensive and restrictive.Too expensive compared to Telstra in Australia.Making communication too expensive retards development in general.Services of communication are essential services and should be affordable to many.

Staff has no control over store , people walk in and find someone and staff attend them , without noticing that someone is waiting in line for hours . Poor Management of how to deal with people . Can give them negative star but don’t have the option for that . Apart from that very happy with spark services with them for more than 3 years now .

The customer service representatives are so rude, abusive and not helpful, especially a tall Indian guy. They don't care about customer's experience, they don't care about the reputation of Spark at all. They gave wrong information for a product under warranty to me and told me to pick it up as it has been repaired. When I arrived in store, the product is not assembled properly and the Indian guy told me it is not repairable. I was very confused and complained about the misinformation, the Indian guy was not happy with my complaint and start getting angry and abusive. VERY DISAPPOINTED ! The senior management should look into and investigate the service provided in this store. None of the representative cares about customer's complaints.
