Foot Locker

Bad customer service, took my daughter in to try on some shoes, had to pull one staff member away from a group of 2 trying to service a young lady, finally got some shoes, while my daughter was trying them on he went back to his friend who was helping the other customer talking about their time the night before. Once the shoes were on he walked over and with x-ray vision told me they were a perfect fit with lots of room to grow into - all while standing up looking at the shoe........ Similar customer service with my wife a couple days later - same staff member - I'd advise anyone to go elsewhere if you actually need help

I was sent on a wild goosechase for my sister after Footlocker either failed to answer their phone or have the ability to check inventory.Arriving at Footlocker Lower Hutt. My expectations weren't overly compelling with stock overflowing and people hanging around, seemingly unattended too.I would soon discover that the staff who were on, were indeed helping others and I merely caught them at a busy time.I was then greeted with Zane, who despite their best efforts, failed to locate me the shoes in their particular store. However, they were only confident in doing anything possible to help me after my ambiguous hunting had already prolonged.While Zane was unable to provide me with an immediate result. They did everything they could to at least securing me a solid lead at another one of their stores. Placing the order aside and just generally being very welcoming and helpful.I hope this review finds him well, if not some form of recognition for their efforts.Thank you so much, Zane. Whether you know it or not. You've truly made my nephews birthday ✌️✌️For what its worth, my entire rating hasbeen uplifted purely by this man's actions

Not too bad . Very limited variety though especially for kids stock. Best to buy online from website

Don't know what's the go with staff here , supposedly opens at 10am and now 10.30am and still no show from any staff, this place needs better management, straight up joke
