Terrible service. Measure and quote good but can't get curtains to me. Was supposed to be end of FebruaryNow 19th May. Would never recommend them or use again. Quick to take deposit of 50%

We had a house lot of blinds installed in a brand new house in 2016 (worth thousands), a couple of years ago we had issues with the covers on the cord holders popping off occasionally and replaced one or three at that time and thought that it was just a couple of faulty ones.Fast forward to this year and it’s still happening on most of them around the home so contacted them through Messenger and was told to buy another solution from another retailer at our expense! Obviously they don’t stand behind their products or care for their customers long term.

Job not completed nearly six months after ordering blinds and curtains. Blind on third attempt still not arrived. Curtains would not close. Said it was our tracks. 81 year old husband had to climb ladders to fix issues as had no privacy in our bedroom. Multiple contacts with HO to resolve issues unsuccessful, local manager tried to solve issue with no success.

Todays visit to this store to search for new curtains confirmed a number of things.1.Two customers together and four staff means that it is too busy to see what you are there for.2. As seniors we are most likely invisible.3. The staff still don't know why we entered4. Our dollars will be spent elsewhere.Best of luck everybody else.

Requested measure & quote October 5 2021. Quote received December & deposit paid. No further communication. I contacted them March 2022. Yes blind was in the warehouse (one can only wonder how long it had beenthere ). Was told to expect a call the following day to confirm delivery. No call received so we made contact again 5 days later. Finally installed Thursday 6 April. THEN 2 working days later we receive a rather curtly worded email that the balance of our account (minus deposit) is outstanding. A bit rich after a 6 month wait for the product! Pushing to even qualify for a 1 star rating.
