Split rooms, with bizarre useless balconies. Nice water view. Shared laundry services. The kitchens are a dated microwave and struggling fridge. Wobbly dinner table. Staff were lovely and helpful. Great coffee, tea, soaps and shampoos used. Available for ok prices if you like them.

We stayed on room 18 here for one night as cricket match was being played in Bay oval.This motel is located at fantastic location, our room had roadside view. But we were getting partial views of waterfront too. Check in was done swiftly.Rooms are big, clean and equipped with all kind of amenities. It has all the utensils, kitchenware that we needed. The bed was reasonably comfortable.Bathrooms were neat and clean too with separate dry and wet areas. Only issue was with water pressure with shower. Pressure of water in shower was not at all upto the expectations.Hotel has secured parking inside its premises for guests which was a cherry on a cake. Staff here is so friendly, honest and helpful.

Super impressed we hired two units to attend a sports event in tauranga and we were super impressed great sized rooms and well presented. Also service was on point! Will be back again for sure!

Can not fault!Staff were welcoming and friendly.Our room was so clean and tidy.The view from room 15 was perfect.The spa was awesome.The bathroom clean and products were very nice.The coffee machine and cookies and fruit and nuts are a lovely added touch.Was a good selections of teas and hot chocolate too.The bed was comfy and pillows good too.We will be back.Highly recommend!Can't not fault anything.

Would 100% recommend. Company booked me in here to stay here while in Tauranga! Absolutely stunning views, exceptionally clean, bathroom was gorgeous! Everything you need here, carpark included and customer service was friendly + exceptional. Highly recommend and would want to stay here again! Close to everything and in the city

This motel is a haven of peace and tranquillity! The unit was spotless clean. Great facilities in the kitchenette and top quality amenities in the bathroom. I was impressed by their thoughtful details. Very quiet and beautiful lake view the unit we stayed. As a hotelier I am too, I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!

We had a lovely view from room 5, bed was comfortable and the whole room was immaculate clean, which we greatly appreciated. Very quiet, good location, close to CBD, excellent car parking. Recommend to other travellers.

Rooms looks to have been renovated. Nice surprise to see great views and a semi modern interior. Everything looked to be clean and tidy. Interiors are much better than its exterior. Would definitely stay here again. Felt a little pricey for Tauranga but definitely happy with our stay

Shockingly good reception team! Great beds and clever separation of the room fr families. On top the CBD but tucked away from traffic. Perfect
