Recently open new branch, great location. Gives another location of convenience for customers. PB tech are price leaders and also beats NoelLeeming and Harvey Normal on product range and choices. Before you buy elsewhere, always checkout PBtech and save. This store space is smaller to other PB tech stores but their comprehensive website will tell you if the items you are wanting are in stock or not. Very handy location, right opposite to St Lukes Mall (West Side) and parking spaces in front and nearby.

If you're looking for a wide selection of tech products at great prices, PB Tech store is definitely worth checking out. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, with knowledgeable and friendly staff available to assist you.However, my shopping experience was dampened by a particularly unpleasant encounter with a sales representative named Mia. Her rude behavior left a sour taste in my mouth and made me hesitant to return.While I appreciate the store's strengths, it's important for management to address any incidents of unprofessional behavior towards customers. With a little improvement in this area, PB Tech store could be a top-notch destination for all your tech needs.

Great service from the st lukes store. They are amazingly quick when you order online. Multiple times I have ordered the night before and then by 10 the next day I have confirmation to pick my order up. Great work team. Its brilliant having a store in our area to as don't need to go far to get all out tech needs

Have always found what I needed here, except I find the store a little too small for how popular it is. Parking is another story. You'd be lucky to find one out of the 3 car park spots just outside the store. Or you can try your luck further down the road or across the street. I reckon every PB Tech needs its own separate building and it's own parking for its customers. Same can be said for the Penrose branch too.

Purchased a new TV online. Within the hour text message to say it’s ready to be picked up. Hassle free upon pick up was ready to go.Minus one star, person who served us watched us carry to the car without offering to help before another staff member actually did.

I bought some expensive headphones from these guys online. I wasn’t happy with the product but when I tried to return them they told me there would be a 20% fee as if damaged the box. The box had already been opened prior to me getting them. I even contacted Sennheiser who told me all products are sealed and wrapped prior to leaving the factory. The product I received was definitely not that. I spent weeks trying to communicate with their customer support team who ignored me and would not answer my questions. A really terrible consumer experience. I was a regular customer but not anymore.

You hardly feel any customer service here. The staffs are so disconnected with customers and did not how to do sale etiquette. PB tech, please train your staffs or review your recruitment process. When I asked to send the receipt to my account email, staff reluctantly said yes, but never sent. That's why if price is similar, I often go to Noel Leeming.

I was planing to buy a vacuum bag, but it was out of stock. The sales lady was being really helpful, she helped me check online and gave a good suggestion. I didn’t buy from there, but was impressed by the service. Will definitely come back for other stuff. Thank you.

Absolutely great team and always ready to help whenever I pop into the store. Wide range of product at reasonable price, always my first go whenever I need some new tech. They also have off lease options to buy if you have a tight budget, trust worth team to buy those cheap ones from.
