THE PILATES PRACTICE | The Pilates Practice is a boutique Pilates and reformer studio based in Hastings and Napier which utilises the principles of Joseph Pilates to build strength, improve movement and flexibility for a well balanced body. All instructors have internationally recognised certification, through Polestar Pilates.
