I totally disagree with the other review This company are fantastic to deal with. Honest open and also very professional The inspection is done with all the latest equipment and is thorough and detailed. The comms and service are second to none . I have used other building inspectors here in OZ and UK ...Mark is the best !

Classic example of bad customer service due to monopoly position: I had submitted a complaint after a leak inspection - our new carpet was liftet, window open and fan still going for hours while no one was home.As a response Mark withdrew from the job without supplying a leak report. I won’t go into detail of his response but will say that it was quite clear that he does not see himself in competition with anyone else or otherwise he would have handled our disappointment a lot more professional.Good luck and don’t raise any concerns if you contract Smart Inspections!!
