We needed a van in a hurry for a class trip. Petone Budget Rentals had the vehicle. I was so impressed with their efficiiency and their customer service. They helped me load and unload the van with equipment. Then faxed the receipt to me when I forgot to take it. Thanks Carl and the trest of the team at Budget Petone - I will be back!

We're not clear on charging my card. Car was dirty and photos to sign off on damage were taken 3 days prior to pick up. Would not use again.

A bit of a night mare reversing out of a sloping driveway for the first time.. Will be trading up to a auto in the very near future. A huge amount to dials and bells but very comfortable A lower arm pull to get in works against a short person trying to get into the cabin. After that driving the dream.

Found silly excuses like having pet hair in the car when I returned it. N wanting to charge. Spoke to an idiotic lady named Lou from Petone. She is so rude and has very bad customer service.If you want to claim or charge a customer, talk politely, just like how we speak to u. Don't y dare raise your voice.She won't last too long in this job I bet. Or any jobs in fact with this attitude.
