Crest Showers

Gave them measurements for a custom piece of shower glass and they added tolerances without discussing, this meant that the glass was too small when it arrived. After much discussion there was no replacement on the glass the measurements responsibility lies with the customer. When we came to laying the frame we then discovered 2 of the pieces were short, when our builder called and at length explained the issue Crest will supply 2 new frame pieces replaced at no further cost at the right measurements to get the overall frame look that we wanted.

Although you like to attempt being a bully you also do not pay your bills, you instructed us to issue disputes tribunal proceedings in relation to 1 of your debtors, but you never paid the bill, to be precise your outstanding and overdue bill which you authorised in writing is to-date 10 months overdue. Likewise when we had to chase you as a debtor, you then tried to pay the client directly and wouldn't pay the collection costs. Due to this you have a credit default placed against your company and because of the history of non-payment of your accounts putting a Google review is your retaliation.Therefore note to public steer clear of these people as they are cowboys and should not be trusted in any way what so ever.

Great team with a very slick operation.

This company is amazing!! We had been using a competitors product for our showers but were feeling letdown by there product and service. We decided to give Crest a shot on a job and dealing with Jodie and Chloe was a breath of fresh air to say the least! They were so helpful from the start and when we last minute had to make a change to our order, needing a fully custom base they jumped into action and delivered! Can't say enough good things about Crest, they have won us over for sure!
