Within an hour of writing the paragraph below, I received a phone call from Kim who was very apologetic and explained why I had not got a response. I will go to the shop when we are able to do so and try on a replacement pair. I am happy with this outcome.I have been sent a pair of slippers that do not match. I have emailed twice, sent a chat message, and tried to phone. Email messages returned as not a viable address and chat message not received. Nil answer on phone. Can someone please contact me from this business as I wish to organise return of slippers. Thanks, Anne Order #2620
