Just gave my old 1996 Land Cruiser Prado to Panmech for a much needed birthday - a bonnet and roof paint, full polish and touchup. Wow, it looks like new! Thanks so much to Jason - thoroughly professional and has done an awesome job at a very reasonable price. These guys are the real deal and I'm one smilin' customer!

As an insured customer I only care about whether my interest is met or protected by far this is been the biggest headache ever!This is the 5th time we have used panmech for our insurance claims and IT WILL DEFINITELY BE THE LAST!Big kick in the gut Appalling service, awful customer experience and when things go wrong… you’re outa luck!Panmech will not take responsibility for poor quality work or repairs they denied everything to a point where an independent insurance assessor association was involved. Quality checks are zero to none!When you confront the managers they will have a go at you and tell you to LEAVE AND GOAWAY!Their managers don’t seem care I’m taking to you Jason and markOne side of the car was entirely missed and the paint job was so shocking you had to take the car back to fix it!None of the panels were lining up and we had ended up with a shorter tow bar that is NOT useable now its not a like for like didnt happen here. (They’re fully denying to replace the tow bar)I dropped off a clean car and when I got to pick it up paint dust and black greasy finger prints all over the interior of the car, worse smell of paint in the interior that gave us headaches for 2 weeks also found the vehicles IDRIVE camera disabled.Couldn’t adjust the mirrors because they forgot to plug it back in!!!You took the car back for the second time to remedy it 5 days later it came back worsePanmech you ruined our car now you’re liable. We Will be taking legal action against you and YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR THIS.DO NOT TRUST Panmech BE VERY CAREFUL!(Doggy repairs) (Poorly trained professionals)

From my first call to Panmech Panelbeaters, I was met with great customer service. Mark, Jason and Kit were all very professional in answering questions about what I needed to do to repair my Honda Civic to ensure she was back in good condition. The procedures and time frames of how long it would take to get her repaired was met as discussed on the first day when she was assessed. I would highly recommend Panmech Panelbeaters and would not hesitate to contact them again and use other services provided. A great experience!

Super star team, comprising Jason, Mark and all front line staff. Super good at communication (so you know the exact steps you are at through this process). They act in YOUR best interest - they do repairs for YOU. As an insured customer I only care about whether my interest is protected. My car was returned to me in a timely manner, shining and clean. Also they are very good at explaining what was done - which I do not find the same with some other places. Location and hours is a big plus as well - very handy and friendly to working people.

The good old school professional advice and non-commercial interest that we so are missing these days is still alive due to people like Jason and the team. horrible experience and awful service from panmech.They ruined my Car and we are forced to take legal action against them.panmech will not own up to any of it and TOLD US TO GO AWAY! Extremely rude both Jason and mark.I dropped off a clean car for a collision repair 5 days later I was shocked when I saw the car!Dirty hand prints all over my interior.Extremely poor quality paint job.None of Panels lined up properly.Overspray all over the car it’s shocking.Exhaust pipes were still damaged and didn’t line up properly.My tow bar was replaced with the wrong part. it’s 100ml shorter than what was originally on the vehicle and to top it off even the diffuser was cut different.(NOT A LIKE FOR LIKE)They Curbed my tyres.took the vehicle back for them to remedy our concerns after 5 days the vehicle came back worse!Cut and polish compound all over the car!Cut and polish Damaged to drivers side headlight.Same tow bar.Paint is extremely uneven and can tell it’s been badly sprayed from a kilometre awayBE VERY CAUTIOUS DONT TRUST PANMECH

Such an amazing, professional and friendly team! All of the staff members were extremely competent, and I could not recommend them enough! In the nicest way possible, I hope I never have to see them again, but if I do end up in another sticky situation, they are at the TOP of my list.
