Arrived at 4.45pm on a Sunday night wasn't sure what time was closing time but it was obvious they were cleaning up. When I asked the girl on counter she advised they could sell anything except hot drinks - this is all we were after. I left and checked on online what the closing time was to see it was 5pm. Very disappointed especially when I have a loyalty card with Muffin Break perhaps the loyalty should go both ways!!

Always a pleasure to go to muffin break as you are greeted by friendly staff, good range of food and washed down with an excellent cup of whatever you drink. Give them a try next time you are in the Eastgate mall.

Usually pretty good but on this day the banoffe cheesecake had no flavour. Staff are pretty good and service is usually fast. They can get pretty busy. No table service while at level 2.

Brought a cheese roll and coffee. Coffee is always great, cheese roll not so good was flat and a massive burnt bit stuck to it. Nowhere to show a photo of it on here

I wasn't impressed yesterday when a young lady over filled coffee cup and then pushed the lid on coursing coffee to make a mess everywhere, she then proceeded to wipe the lid/cup with her dish cloth she had just wiped bench with. I told her that I hoped she wasn't expecting me to drink that, she knew straight away what she had done and changed the lid. No excuse, let's hope her boss stops her doing that. She's lost this customer, I'll never go back. Even the price shocked me, $5.70 for standard cup.
