Just found out that Pace couriers want to charge someone $1200 to get a walker to a friend who has cancer and cannot walk without it. (Chch to Picton) This is pretty steep considering the current pandemic level 4 lockdown and one would expect a company to show some goodwill and heart in this situation. I won't be using this company.

Driver failed to deliver an item made up a little story saying he had been and there wasn't a dry and safe place to put my item, express service is a joke. I watched a whole nights of events caught on camera driver was a no show and then signed saying it was delivered
