Run a country mile if your thinking of dealing with steel and tube!We had our roof installed in December 2020 and we are still battling this company for a replacement roof. Instead of solving the problem, they send out there legal counsel, who has no technical idea or want to solve the issue of a poor product, this is now 9 months on and still no resolution.Even our roofing installer with many years of experience is angry with their lack of integrity and support.Our roof is over tensile and makes large banging noises during the day, it is also, from an aesthetics point of view, an abortion. (Legacy profile)This is a company that would rather fight for something that they know is a problem over solving it and apologizing. Good luck to anyone who deals with steel and tube.
