Useless did not manage our rental at all well. Please do not use them.

Quinovic was the property manager for our rental for about three and a half years while we were overseas. We don't recommend them. They initially told me we could lease our property as two separate dwellings, which turned out to be incorrect. They communicated badly (for example, I received two emails within days of each other, one saying the insulation met requirements, one saying it needed $1k of work). They authorized major repairs to a bathroom without authorization. When we did manage to change to another property manager, they did not communicate with me, refused to hand over keys and stop charging rent, and dragged out the handover for a month. I requested copies of documentation from them twice after the end of the relationship and have not received anything nine months later. They let the tenants keep a freezer in the living room (where it rotted through the carpet).

Owner Graeme Henderson literally did nothing when an employee admitted to theft of personal information. He literally turns a blind eye to criminal behaviour.

Unresponsive, uncaring and only in it for the money. They try to fleece you at every turn, rarely answer the phone or emails, and generally hate their tenants and landlords. This literally is the worst Quinovic branch in New Zealand.

As a property owner, we found the team unprofessional, the communication was not great, we will not be using them again in the future.
