Mike and the team at House of Travel Hobsonville were incredibly professional and really helpful with booking my flights as well as attaining travel insurance for me. I had several questions about my connecting flights and what documents I needed to sort out before I go on this trip. Mike went above and beyond to answer my questions as well as giving me plenty of tips and advice to make my travels more pleasant. This was especially reassuring as this is going to be my first solo long-haul trip. Mike was amazing at arranging everything for our recent trip to Australia, I walked in stuck on how to make our trip work and he literally typed away while i ranted and planned it all perfectly. When on holiday it made it all so smooth, I would recommend and will be using for every holiday going forward.

I love my local agency, Talita and then Buzz have been professional, friendly and helpful. Recently Buzz went to the trouble of finding a resort holiday for me at short notice. They have good personal travel experience to help with advice which I really valued, and have great email/phone/face to face comms and payment options. Not to mention a great sense of humour!
