Zone Physio & Pilates
Tam, Jonty and their team of Physios are wonderful!! Tam is a registered Physiotherapist who takes care of all my aches and pains and fixes me up through various beneficial exercises on the mat and on the reformers. Their Pilates group classes are fantastic too. Am currently loving the Pinc & Steel First Step classes conducted by Tam herself which is an absolutely awesome way to start my day!

Awesome! I have been going for 2 years now and love it. Everyone is so great, good vibes, positive place to have a fantastic workout and tune into your body. Pinc pilates is also a godsend with Tam... thanks for all your work.
