Smooth booking process (online), quick collection and return. Car was in excellent condition. It kept giving a warning about low adblue levels (Ford Everest), except for that annoyance everything went well.

Super-easy car rental. Able to organise hire and insurance online, plus with the online check-in feature vehicle pick-up was a breeze. Staff were friendly and helpful and when I needed to clarify something I was able to call and speak to someone straight away. The only feedback I would give is that our vehicle smelled like someone had smoked inside it (totally NOT the fault of the company as they had NO SMOKING policy). Definately a no fuss, no stress car rental! Will absolutely use GO again and would recommend confidently! Thanks guys. Great job.

They are fast in booking, pickup and drop off. I picked up in few mins and dropped off even faster than that. No waiting. Kept car for 4 days and drove over 1k km. Had no issues.Giving 4 stars only because during pickup car was not very clean. There was dirt in the back seat, as I was in hurry to reach somewhere I picked it up as is.Not sure of the policy and could be wrong also but I extended my booking by a day and I was charged my daily rate for additional day rather than making the whole booking cheaper as longer you keep car the lower the price.

Highly recommend Go Rentals! They supplied a shuttle to pick us up from the airport to their depot, and then again back to the airport from their depot after dropping the vehicle off. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Both cars we hired were great. If you're looking for a good rental company, this is the one. We will definitely be sticking with Go Rentals as our future choice.

This is the second time we have used GoRentals and we were very happy with our 2 week hire picking up at the downtown Auckland depot and returning to Auckland International Airport. Car was clean and drove well (Toyota Corolla). Staff efficient and friendly and the car shuttle at the airport was prompt.Highly recommend this company.

Super friendly professional and efficient staff. The car was in perfect condition. Quick and easy pick up and drop off. Worth noting that there is a petrol station directly opposite so dropping off with a full tank is very easy.

Everything from renting the car to give it back at the airport (including an extension of rental time during the stay in NZ and a change of the drop of point) went smooth and without complications. The staff is very friendly and courteous. There was nothing to complain about and I would recommend this car rental service to my friends, should they ever go to NZ.
