Now closed when they 1st opened quality of shoes were excellent..Had to return 2 pairs of shoes as only lasted 2 months..dats y they r closed

Never buy shoes from them ..they are ripping customers off ..their shoe quality is very poor and staff is very rude to the customers .

Best service ever at Herdman Shoes Lynmall on 14 May 2021. Both of the sales people were excellent and helped me to find an amazingly comfortable pair of stylish black boots. I would highly recommend this store for great service and high quality shoes.

Bad service， the staff was very rude.We went there and not sure about the price and asked the staff, the staff answered us without looking at us at all,then quickly walked away, there wasn't any other customers there.Not happy about this customer service, not willing to shop from there ever.
