A telco that does offer a true consultative experience for a wide range of business technology requirements.I was really impressed by the staffs willingness and knowledge to produce a positive result for our business.

The account manager is very hard to get in touch with emails. 0800 number is also difficult to find a human to talk to. I have to physically visit their office to grab someone to solve the problems. So far the problems I have - (1) They opened a service without my consent I have to visit their store to cancel it (2) After they set up a new internet service they keep charging me for the old service which should be cancelled after the new one is installed. The errors are understandable but the real trouble is that it is soooo hard to get in touch with them, very desperate.

You can never get hold of them on the phone!! I have no idea who our business rep is, they change their staff like they change their clothes.Not easy at all.

Everyone stay away from Spark Business Hub in Hamilton in Hamilton. Dealing with them was an utter test of my patience. They failed so many times it became a joke dealing with them and I got angry at how useless they are.- when I got there the shop was empty with no one in it and I was left feeling unwelcome and like I was a pest. It’s strange walking into a shop with no one in it.- they had no demo phones of the phone I wanted to buy outright their- they had no phones in stock in their shop! I’m not kidding! Only a shop in their opening week has the viable excise if we don’t have any demo phones or phones in stock.- I couldn’t even buy a case for my new phone to go in and they recommend I go back to the Spark shop that had sent me there. I’m not kidding! Ha ha ha. They don’t sell accessories you want to buy when buying a new phone with a new plan.- the phone didn’t turn up on the day they said it would, ok that happens in business sometimes but repco and the sthil shop can get me things in overnight why can’t Spark get a $1,500 phone in the next day?- when it can in on Friday I was busy working and was told we are shutting early at 4pm today, even though their website says they are open until 5pm. When asked why they are closing early and would be unable to serve me I was told by Kathline that “There’s somewhere else we would all rather be”. I was at this stage understandable very angry.- She called back to say I had passed my info, phone and new business plan onto someone else (as I was a nuisance and serving me was obviously a inconvenience). At the point of reviving this call I didn’t have enough time to get into the shop.- I called to complain 3.15pm on Tuesday and after being on hold for five minutes was told that I’d called outside normal business hours and that their normal business hours are from 9-5pm. What a joke!!!- I gave them ten minutes then called them again waited for five minutes on hold again then got the answer phone again.Basically Frankton Hamilton Sparks Business Hub is a joke that is set up to waste people’s time and frustrate people. Go anywhere else!
