I've given 5 stars for the incredible care form Nurse Mia this week, who literally coached me through a high blood pressure blip on Wednesday... she was so thorough and helpful, and treated me like an intelligent being. Thank you! What an asset to a Practice! She was committed and thoughtful, and I had the answers I needed. She has also put a plan in place for me to improve my health situation, which appeals. The whole nursing team gave me a friendly send off on Wednesday.There are quality specialists at this Practice, as there always have been. I have had wonderful care from doctors and nurses here, over the last 20 years.The only thing I would ask is that the Practice's staffing allows someone to be on reception to answer the phone during work hours. I often work 50 plus hours a week and can't dip offsite. I need to be able to phone, and not have to visit in person every time, to get a job done. Please don't underestimate the value of a great receptionist!

By far the Worst organisation i have ever dealt with. Dr Saha was always very professional but a huge let down from the people in charge. Extremely poor communication and have no common sense. Highly recommend going elsewhere and to a reputable company.

I have just spoken to your lovely receptionist Maree , she was an absolute blessing to speak to & such a dream over the phone. She made me feel important and listened to. As a medical receptionist myself , she seems like such a blessing to the practice x

Everytime i need yall youre phones arent working or nobody picks up for hours ive tried for hours i know the doctors are good there ive only ever seen 2 smiley young girls at the counter like ever.

Do not register under Dr Saha, there's a reason why his bookings are so open, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.Every aspect of this practice is unbelievably bad, totally disorganized, you can tell the reception staff are used to giving excuses.I can't think of anything positive to say.They also frequently switch the phone to answering machine, especially after 3.30pm and lunch time.

Dr Séan Barklie is 10 out of 5 stars, amazing GP, gets results time and time again. Special shout out to Maree on reception who went out of her way to help me getting a replacement script today as well. Great team all round!

Generally annoying if one thing goes wrong here most things go wrong i take my granddaughter to the doctors and pretty much 2 out of 5 times theres a problem nothing particular just generally like rescheduling without asking the patient and stuff like that mildly rude staff aside from the Doctor Charlotte and Casey and one other girls whos name i cant remember ive never had a consistent experience here so if i ever need to move to a doctors Unfortunately it wouldnt be here.

This place has been my Doctors ever since I was a child. I am an Adult now and have seen this place go downhill massively. Either that, or I was too naive as a child. Not only is it near IMPOSSIBLE to get through on the phones (are people even stationed at reception anymore), but last year I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon to be put on a waitlist for an MRI for my back issues. Upon another injury to it this year, and not hearing from anyone (I understand waitlists are very long), I followed this up and was told that my referrer (You guys) had been advised back in August 2022 that I am no longer on the wait list. So this entire time I thought I was in some line to see a specialist when in fact, I was no longer. I understand Nurses, Drs etc are run off their feet and struggling, but a breakdown in communication should never be a result of these situations.

Absolutely poor service, receptionists are exeptionally rude, never any appointments when you need them and when you do get one they don't give thorough examination they just try to push pills.

It would be easier to deal with a coven of witches than deal with the nurses and admin here.They are frequently rude and aggressive over the phone and are one step away from yelling at you if you request a basic service from them requiring any effort on their behalf.Someone needs to retrain the nurses in basic decency and etiquette.
