On a couple of occasions I've had to use their services with no issues. Recently we lost one of our fur babies through no one's fault and she was taken here to help with identification. I'm so grateful for the kindness and sympathy shown, not only to our baby but also to us. Thank you BOI Vets also for the lovely card we received as well. We so appreciate the beautiful gestures. What a great team!

We have had quite a few dealings with them because we have a few pets. They are always great to deal with and care about the welfare of our animals. Max is an exceptionally good kind and caring vet. He has a great connection with any pet we own. Recently we had to have our cat put down. He knows her so well and it was made easier having Max there to carry out the procedure because it's like the animals belong to him

Vets are patient and friendly. Always accommodating to get us in whenever we need. Spacious, clean waiting area with signs where to sit depending on the animal patient. Free parking outside.
