Great spot. A little bit out of the way in Mt Roskill so no hassles with parking like some similar places closer to city centre. Good range of food items to prepare yourself plus some classic Chinese side dishes ready to eat. Also soft drinks and dessert included in price.

Nice place for hotpot with lots of variety of raw ingredients to cook, cooked dishes, soups and broths, desserts (including mantou), fruits and a station to make sauces.Also included is drinks (soft drinks, juice etc) and a soft serve machine.There are both options to have your own individual mini hotpot or share with the table.A little on the pricey side at $42 but makes up with a lot of choice.

Visited again 3 days ago with a friend. Price has adjusted to $42/ person. Each person has their own small hot pot, choose their own soup paste. They have big pot for those who want to share food and soup paste together.

The place was absolutely packed. Had to wait 15 minutes to get our own hotpot. The mushroom soup was okay but the drippings were spot on.. loved the spicyness.. if you want to have beer they have Chinese beer. Nifruits and soft cones after you stuff yourself with delicious hotpot.

Very good for an all you can eat hot pot place. Has a variety of snacks and a good amount of desserts. They even have an ice cream machine! Majority of hot pot food is frozen but that is expected. The broth is basic but it does the job. All and all good place to eat.

Booked for 8 for a birthday dinner, and enjoyed the table that allowed individual hot pots for each diner. Excellent selection of hot and cold food buffet style (exceptional salads and sauces) soft drinks, juice and dessert options including soft serve ice cream machine. Will return

Baccarat Seafood Hotpot Buffet
I like having a hotpot all to yourself. A couple of base to choose from. Variety of different sides, hot dishes, meat, seafood, veg, fruit and dessert~~ Unlimited soft drink, juice and taro bubble milk tea. Relatively clean and everything presented nicely. Will be back for more.
