Small poky little reception, the staff there work with mental health patients who are doing centre 401 provided activities. They have some fun activities that they source there. A few lounge areas to chat with others, coffee & tea provided. Overall friendly atmosphere. I'm not one to be crowded by many different characters often. So I would only go there if I need to. Nothing is wrong with the people, I just got to reserve my energy for myself & the tasks I need to do every day. But it's a hub or friendly space for others.

Very helpful advice, support, if needed and encouragement from the staff, just book for an appointment. Otherwise just a nice welcoming place to have a coffee and relax for a bit too, just become inducted and go through the rules with a helpful staff member. It's not hard at all. Anyone who has any mental condition or impediment is most welcome. Meet up with other people in similar outcomes or situations, realize you're not alone.
