Excellent communication and a top class job. Took care of all the insurance company side of things and repaired my car to as new standard. Without prompting they offered me a loan car for the duration of the work (3 days originally) then happily extended that when we asked to have another minor dent repaired. Sheryl is a great asset to the company!

Have now had 3 vehicles tidied up with minor repairs prior to selling them, over an 18 month period, and each time the service has been fantastic. Hi.l recently had some work done on my car at J A Ward to repair the damage to my paint work caused by delamination. They gave me a loan car to use while they had my car in their paint shop. Part of the process involved taking out both the front & rear windscreens, sanding back the affected surfaces to the metal then spraying the car in pearl white. The job took about 5 days from beginning to end. The hands on manager Shane l found to be friendly & knowledgeable & l was impressed with the quality of their workmanship when l got my car back. The final cost to me was $2139. I thought that was reasonable & l wouldn't hesitate to take my car back to them if the need arises in the future. Thanks Shane & your staff at J A Ward for an awesome job.

great experience here - the team were all super friendly and efficient, and the work looks fantastic. I had some bumper damage and after contacting 3 places in Christchurch the total price here was $350 cheaper than the nextI would return and i would recommend

Amazing service. Shane was incredibly busy, yet moved cars and came out straight away to help me with an issue. He didn't end up charging me for his service which I was blown away by. Very impressive business and will be recommending to friends and family.

Excellent service! I took my truck in to get a dent from 4wd'n popped out as best as they could, I never expected it to come out completely. They got the dent out had it looking about 80% better than when I took it in, which was more than I expected they would get it out. They didn't charge me a dime and it was all done on the same day! Top notch service. Couldn't have been more impressed with a local business looking after me the way they did! Thanks guys!

So great! Had a missing fuel door that needed replacement and was quoted absolutely extortionate prices elsewhere, until my attention was brought to JA Ward - they fixed it within a few hours, for what I would say was a fairly cheap price and did an excellent quality job! Real easy to deal with and friendly - thoroughly recommend!
