I want to let you know that Morris & Morris were unbelievable at our tragic time of need. I would highly recommend them in your time of need. They showed the utmost level of professionalism I have ever seen.

Insensitive and disgraceful.... The manager called me names 1 day after the death of my father when trying to give feedback about making the way they do things more sensitive for families as we sat for over an hour mostly in awkward silence waiting to see my dads body whilst a staff member wrote previously gained information down.

David and the team at Morris and Morris were extremely helpful and caring recently when arranging our son's funeral. Nothing we asked for was too much. Thanks for making it so memorable and special for us.

AVOIDBE VERY WEARYOur experience with Morris and Morris has been absolutely horrible. We felt totally devastated by their complete lack of professionalism.They will share your private information including phone number with 3rd party organizations without permission or consent. They attempt to financially shaft you at every opportunity.They do not follow directions of family and do not care that they created more heartache and confusion at what was already an extremely devastating time.Im trying to be polite, but I advise you, don't involve these vultures with the care of of your loved ones, best go elsewhere...

Do your loved ones the most absolute honour by allowing the team at Morris and Morris to take care of you and your family. Morris and Morris offer such comfort at a difficult time and treat your loved one with dignity and grace.

I have never felt so uncomfortable on a place like I felt at this funeral company while waiting for my FIL to be prepared; racist place, all the staff, looking at you over their shoulders like if you’re less person than them just because of ethnicity. The receptionist even took the Mentos away because we helped ourselves….Mentos!We were never given a family room, just a small office and of course we were charged for the family room, they also tried to charged us for a more expensive coffin-luckily one of the aunties had taken a pic - they threaten to bring the police and take coffin away, tried to charge for dressing the him when they didn’t, but overall a very racist, ugly environment to be in, the last thing you need when you’re mourning…

Lorraine and the team at Morris and Morris were fantastic. They listened to what we wanted, gave advice and were extremely flexible and patient especially over these Covid levels.They exceeded my expectations throughout our darkess hours.Thank you.

Beautiful place there was enough seating for everyone was a good send off for our grandfather they have a projector for digital photos . They also have Spotify so we can choose what music to play

My grandfather had his funeral here and it was lovely!Aaron was so nice to my family and so professional, I’m so happy they helped us make the prefect funeral. Thank you Aaron and Pam x
