Brought a complete solar & install package from Solartive. Was an issue with the settings programing of the Growatt Hybrid inverter (they're pretty high tech units) but that was sorted out quickly by their tech guy and haven't looked back since. I'm in a high wind zone so the panels are well secured on the roof & holding strong, inverter's working sweet & able to be upgraded with 2 X's further panels & batteries at a later stage and the lithium batteries are well worth the price - the whole system is.

Awesome service. We purchased a solar package online but after it arrived we realized it wasn't as straight forward to install as we thought. I'm so grateful Solartive helped us out. They were very informative and recommended some much appreciated upgrades to suit our situation better. I am extremely happy with the service we received and the system is now up and running great.

Our ground mount system was designed to take advantage of our coastal hillside site and gets full sun for most of the day. The installation went smoothly and the crew was very professional and courteous. The system has worked flawlessly and any questions we had were promptly answered.So we're very pleased with the company and the product. Highly recommended!

We are really happy with the professional support from Solartive through the whole process . No question too small and very happy with your friendly efficient manner, knowledge, quality of service and final product. Running like a charm and it withstood its first big wild storm last night.Following installation of offgrid setup for one family member we decided to get Solartive to install solar panels on our house already on grid in town. Again very happy with the service, from the creative panel layout on a challenging roof, to the installation and support following. Happy to be supporting this great local business.
