My Bosch dishwasher broke and it had 1 month left of the Product Service Care. Kim from the branch was exceptional to deal with confirming that a new replacement dishwasher would be provided, even though the product was discontinued, she found me a good match, with same features. Arranged for the delivery with superb communication all the way through. Not only would I recommend this store, but this assistant Kim was extremely knowledgeable and the Product Care was well worth the investment! Thank you HN!! Highly recommended ;-)

My husband and I went in today to buy earphones and a laptop, wonderful customer service and advice, the young sales person I spoke to showed me a much better product and discount than I had in mind and was pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. This is the only place I go to for computer related electronics.

Helpful staff would of been better if the staff member had actually listened to what I wanted, instead I brought a product that wasn't what I wanted and because of store policy I can't return

Yesterday I went to this store in despair cos my Miele vacuum cleaner was just not doing its job. The very helpful assistant asked about filters. Turns out there was one in the machine I knew nothing about, she even found the cleaning instructions on Google, she was a great help. I've since followed all instructions and the vacuum is again working fine.
