so went to sell some older tools as i had upgraded to newer gear and was happy to take a little less to avoid dealing the the sale process there offer was insulting i understand they have to make money but i would of got more panhandling for an hour absolute joke also staff are lazy rude and unhelpful if your the owner reading this you need to really sit down your staff and give them a lesson in customer service i'm amazed this place is still operating !!

Rip off and liars. A staff member gave misleading information which resulted in them selling the item. Make sure everything is in writing. Despite tool being sold they made an effort to replace it eventually by which time I had replaced it. Reason for 2 star not one.If you don't want to be ripped off don't go here unless you get everything in writing and read the fine print

I've been going to this store for the last 4-5 years. I've always had a great experience. The staff are always friendly to me & the prices are very fair. It's always a pleasure for me to visit this store hence why I continue to do so.

Rude, unhelpful staff. Layout of store is really bad, and when I asked about a product and where they were, all I got was yes" and that was it. Does anybody provide customer service at their stores anymore?"

These guys are the worst. arrogant & disrespectful staff, poor quality goods. Especially avoid buying anything electronic like TVs, sound systems or gaming devices.

Unethical, deceptive come to mind when dealing with this business. Went to look at a haro bmx it was described as good condition in trade me. It was not in good condition,it had broken and loose spokes and completely bald tyre. They wouldn't discuss it in store. When I asked on trademe about the bikes issues I was blocked. Such cowards. Worst thing of all is some one has unwittingly brought the bike on auction. Ezy pawn uses trademe to sell there broken products. I hope the person that brought the bike doesn't take it on a track as the bike is extremely dangerous the wheel will collapse if your jumping it. Ezy pawn don't care about there customers or there safely. It's all about the money.

Hard no recommend, there sales team couldn't answer questions in a nice respectful manner. I would recommend a more respectful place like cash converters instead.

staff were really friendly and had a nice chat with them. i was served quickly and felt the service was very professional. i was taking a watch in that was nice but had some damage and got what i felt was a fair price for it (other shops would not even consider taking it). there is parking near the shop but i struggled to find it, plenty of roadside parking so no real problems there. great service overall.
