This was amazing Dre was amazing to deal with and he did an amzing job on my sons hair been looking for a good barber in Lower Hutt for 2 years and finally found it. Thank you so much we are so happy.

Brought a couple of pic's of the haircut i wanted. Dre delivered the goods. Great fade with taper. Super tidy. Guy clearly knows his stuff and was super accommodating to what i wanted. Left feeling full of confidence !Definitely the go to place in the hutt for a nice fade

Dre, Dre, Dre…having just moved to the Hutt I needed to find a great barber. Searching google I came across Dirtbag Barber. They had great reviews, especially about Dre. Booked online. Real easy system! Email check, txt check and Dre even rung me on the day! He was working on another young Pākehā fella before me and did a fantastic fade. We had a great kōrero about how he started working as a barber and his dreams of starting the Barber Mafia! A very smart, motivated and charming young man. And he did a perfect job on my gray hair fade! Tau Kē Dre! Can’t recommend his mahi any higher! Don’t forget to book in as Dre was literally turning people away!! Much aroha Dre.

Positive vibe. There is a barber name Ano who cut my hair and he made feel and look like a billion bucks after my haircut. I am looking forward to my next haircut. Totally recommended to everyone and anyone.

Been here a couple times first time got a great cut, second time got a different barber that didn't give me a very good cut however I got in touch with them and they were apologetic and offered to sort my hair free off charge, went back to the barber that cut my hair the first time and he did a great job sorting out my hair. Overall good customer service if I hadn't had to go back to get it sorted in the first place would have given 5 stars.

Called for a haircut, they fit me in that afternoon.Showed a picture of the style I wanted, Dre gave me exactly what I was looking for.professional, clean, fast, and great value.Will definitely be visiting again.

Booked in for a hot towel shave the morning of my wedding. Arrive to be told the staff members not there and they can't do it until moments before the wedding starts. Very disappointing.Do not rely on these guys at all

Don’t know my way around Wellington but a quick google search close to Petone came up with Dirtbag Barbers, the pictures looked like a sweet spot so I booked.Dre was top notch, did a great job of the haircut.Premises was also really nice and felt like a real cool hangout!Got to watch the nba playoffs!Definitely recommend if you’re around Lower Hutt, it’s also located inside a surf shop so can hit two birds with one stone!

First time there and probably got the new barber. Complete novice and inexperienced. Asked for a 1 fade, gave me a 2 shave. Perhaps he wasn't accustomed to asian hair. Ask to thin and shorten the top, didn't own a pair of thinners so used regular scissors to shorten my hair too much. He didn't bother touching my sideburns or the neck hair.Customer service was also poor, as he was paying more attention to the rugby on tele than my hair. Didn't clean my hair properly after either, i was walking out of the shop with hair falling onto my clothes and ground.I got this 'cut' for $30. Perhaps I was just unlucky today but I felt cheated of my money and time
