I had one apprentice do my hair and after one of the owners checking my head over. The right side of my hair is still a little longer than my left side. Happy but at the same time I'm not.

Had grabone voucher for cut and colour but asked to pay more for colour saying i got long hairs and i agreed and was actually happy with my hair cut which is slightly longer then my shoulder length but m very disappointed with the colour service ,only my scalp area is golden brown the colour i asked for nothing down the length,its same as before. I wish if i could add picture . Definitely not worth paying , not recommended for colour service

Great place. Friendly people. Realistic and gave good advice on how to manage regrowth and ways to grow your hair.

Wanted to get a trim for my daughter and walked in to see if someone was free or when someone would be able to do it. As soon as we walked in we were totally ignored, no acknowledgement, no hello, nothing. Never experienced such awful customer service. First, I thought the lady was by herself but she completely ignored us and didn't even try to make eye contact. After roughly 10minutes of waiting a second lady came out from the back and thats were we finally got to talk to someone and our presence was acknowledged. We used to come here for my daughter's hair trim but might have to reconsider. Shame as we always left happy but unfortunately nottoday.

Love this place!! Great service, very friendly and professional. Savannah was my hairdresser and she was so fun to talk to! Will definitely come here again! ❤️
