Yesterday my daughter and I went to lynnmall to purchase a new case and screen protector for her new phone. We spoke to a young man in his twenties regarding a cover for a Samsung A03. After viewing the different cases I asked for prices.At the time he said 30 for the case and 20 for the screen protector. I said great, we want to check the other store by countdown for cases and then we would return.The other store did not have any cases my daughter wanted. So we returned and signalled we would like to purchase the case at 30 and the screen protector at 20 dollars.When it came time to pay I was charged 60 dollars, when I enquired about the price I was told the case was actually 40 and he gave me a 10 dollar discount and that the screen saver was 30 dollars not 20 as he had originally advised.I am very annoyed at this sales guy, I feel he deliberately upped the price for a measly extra 10 dollars. Do not purchase anything from this store, this guys attitude was shocking. He ripped me off. I will NEVER purchase anything from these guys again.

Not impressed. Had visited Omnitech in New Lynn last week looking for a clear phone case for my Samsung A32 4g phone, which they didn't have. The lady had told me to call them the following week on Thursday as they should have more then. Today is Thursday the following week. I called and asked if they had the clear case for my phone type and the same lady I'd seen last week said yes they have it. I asked her if she's sure as I'd be coming from Henderson to get it. She said yes. I asked if she could put one aside for me and told her I was on the way. She said yes. I drive all the way to New Lynn (with my newborn in tow), get there and the lady starts looking amongst all the Samsung A32 4g covers (clearly obvious she hadn't even looked when I'd called), and no surprise, she didn't have any. She then calls TechPro (another phone place in Lynnmall) and asks if they have it. She gets off the phone and says the guy said he has them. I walk all the way to the other end of the mall with my newborn, and when I get there and ask him about the clear phone case for my phone, he said he didn't have any. Not happy. Wasted my gas and my time. Next time please do not tell a customer you have something they require, when you haven't even bothered to look.

Trustworthy; honest and reliable. Staff member Pooja was friendly and with excellent in technical know-how.The other mobile repair kiosk in Lynnmall told me the the touch screen of the phone I gave them to check was cracked and the quote was $160 for the repair. But Pooja informed me only the protective glass was crack. She saved me $130. Thanks for professionalism, Pooja.

Absolutely terrible service. Take my phone in to replace the back glass and they say it will take 30 minutes, 1.5 hours later the guy says whoops I broke the new back glass so I put your old one back on!!!! This is rubbish, now I have a back glass which is more damaged to what I originally had and they guy said you have to wait for more stock to arrive. Omni Tech Lynnmall needs to shut business door as this is simply unacceptable.

Omnitech LynnMall has the most friendliest staff ever. One in particular was a young man who made sure that I was 100% ready to go with all my tech needs. This was on boxing day and the screen protector is still good. He made sure my screen protector was fitted on perfectly with no bubbles and all the products he sold were in tip top condition. Give this man a raise!

Excellent Experience! The sales person named Mary provided such a professional service to me. She was so kind and patient, not only fixed my phone and also told me many tips which I could pay attention to. Sooooooooo good and HIGHLY recommend! (^^♪

Went to this little kiosk for the 1st timeAs it was right at the entranceI needed a cover and screen protection for my .mobileIt took the guy a good 20min to find the right sizeThere were not many options in colour so i had to grab what was in stockI asked for the price for the cover and was told it was $40.00 the screen protection i was quoted $50.00It did sound a bit expensive for it ,but as i was gifting it for a special birthday i didn't want to run around the mallOn reciept it showed $10.00 discountService was average and i did feel pushed about the whole processThe guy even said you have come to the right place , something did feel odd but my order had already been half processedDont think i would shop there again

The workers was very help (Ayush and Pooja) hooked me up with a nice and clean screen protector. The whole process was very easy and I got a class protector. They also helped me out with getting an adaptor for a USB C connection. GREAT WORK.
