We have moved from NZ to NSW using Transworld in NZ and receiving partner is OSS in NSW. I have previously used another company from WA to NZ but the service was just not as great as Transworld/OSS.The packing was meticulous by the Transworld staff. I understand there is bound to be a minute number of damages at this level of relocation but in the grand scheme of things, they did a fantastic job. Organising the delivery by OSS case manager can be improved by ways of communication, but it was no biggie. Delivery by OSS was prompt, and the guys were professional, friendly, and courteous. I will recommend this company.

These guys used Southern Furniture Movers to pick up my stuff from Dunedin for transport overseas. Either Southern Furniture Movers decided, or when my stuff arrived at Transworld in Christchurch to sit until further transit, decided it was ok to break off the legs of my antique table and shove the whole thing in a foam bag. If Transworld did not do this themselves I am very disappointed in them nonetheless as the chain of business is there. Absolutely shocking. The laziness of doing such a thing to a piece of history and someone else's property. Transworld said they would look into this matter". I had to follow up with them when I had no response

Recently I had a requirement to shift to Australia. After seven attempts to receive some service I found Transworlds contact through their Website.Within 24 hours even though it was after 5 pm Lauren had the quote finished paperwork ready to be signed and everything booked ready to go.At the time Steve had arranged two friendly polite chaps turned up and in less than a hour everything was completely like watching two artists at work,Transworld you are nothing short of a FIVE STAR COMPANY.
