Friendly enough staff but did not have was I was looking for. I asked for a discount on an equivalent and was refused. Drove to Supercheap Auto who also did not have what I wanted in stock, however my request for the same discounted equivalent was immediately granted. Experience there was much better.

I hardly ever write reviews but the customer service I received here today was so good i felt compelled to write oneStaff were extremely helpful with the guy working behind the counter on Saturday 2nd of April ( sorry didn't catch his name ) helping me pick out a windscreen wiper and even installing it himself in the carpark free of charge. Highly recommend this shop and will be returning here from now on with all my car needs.

Did a Click and collect order. It was available within an hour which was communicated well and price was very reasonable. There house brands are of good quality within most categories. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Wow what great service.I was trying to source an O2 sensor that was very pacific to my vehicle extremely hard to find.Not one but two experienced helpful chaps endeavored to solve the problem for over 40 minutes they went far an beyond of what was asked of them.5 stars ⭐️

Staff were awesome, had a young dude helping me. I bought a battery then found out it was the wrong orientation. Went back to return it and he quickly helped me find the correct one and refunded the difference with no issues. Thanks guys!
