Couldn’t even use their service. It’s always been walk in so I walked in. I got ignored by the two staff who were cutting hair. I sat and waited and another person arrived and the wait list app was discussed with him. I still had no communication let alone mention of a new app booking system.After they both finished and had a moan cleaning up about it being so busy on a Sunday, the other guy got called over. Then I got asked if I was George- someone on the app wait list. I said no, I just walked in for a beard trim.I was then told to put my name on the wait list and I could go after George who wasn’t even there.Thoughtless, rude, unprofessional and unfriendly if I’m trying to be PC. My hope is you get plenty of quiet days in there- keep offering that level of service and it will happen for sure.Rest assured I won’t be coming back!

I took my son to this barber late in the day following a disastrous home haircut and horrible day at school. The hairdresser was so understanding, really lovely to him and did a great cut too. I would definitely recommend, my son loves his new haircut and the great staff saved the day!

Great cut, awesome service. Will endeavor to come back next time.Got to watch when you come though, these guys are popular! I was there at opening on a Saturday and first on the chair... there were about 5 waiting in queue by the time my cut was done. You get this when your haircuts are good!

They absolutely destroyed my hair never had a worse haircut in my life. They have no clue what they are doing with long wavey hair. And when I tried to fix it they just made it worse she had no clue how to texture hair and couldn’t follow directions. I said keep everything the same length and take about 2 inches off. Instead she made the sides twice as short as the top and too off at least 5 inches off the sides wile taking over 3 off the top. Obviously not a trained barber and clueless on how to properly cut hair. Overall it was a horrendous experience and will never be going back would not recommend to anyone!!!

My son is 5 years old and is always happy with his cut here. He only wants to see Riz. She is lovely and does a great job with him.

Best barbershop in Milford. TED was so nice to take me in even he was closing in 30 mins. Quick haircut, great service and price. TED will get you looking right.
