The food is good but that can all be undone by the actions of the staff. With the open kitchen you can really see everything going on. I assume it’s ok to use their phones down the back while the food is cooking but handling burger buns or any food immediately after is unacceptable and extremely unhygienic, especially in this day and age where we have just been through a pandemic and hygiene standards should come naturally if not muscle memory. At least wear gloves or wash your hands.

I went here last weekend and was amazed. I had a ford freakout and It was delicious, the patty, avocado and just everything about it. I also had the spud fries and they were perfect. perfectly salted, crispy and a great size. The only downside is that it is quite expensive so not for dinner everyday. BUt if your looking for a yummy dinner to treat your self then I would highly recommend.

Went to BurgerFuel Westgate on a Sunday night for a takeaway dinner, we ordered C&N Cheese burger, Roadster (not sure about the name but it’s close) and kumara fries.. We came home to open it and it’s completely not what we ordered.., took the trip back to the store and the staff handled it professionally!! It was a bit inconvenient at first but everything came out great at the end, food tasted great, definitely 5-star service and we surely will be back for more delicious burgers!!

I took a menu and stood aside to decide what to order as not to hold up people behind me. Unfortunately, when I approached the counter to order and the couple next to me were still deciding on their order. I politely asked the cashier if I could place my order while they decided. The response was “no, you must stay in line”. A little common sense should be applied to get the orders processed faster and keep the dining experience more pleasurable or perhaps next time, I will remain at the register and hold up other customers instead? However, I cannot fault the food.

Hi,We were here at 10:38am this morning and was trying to call and let staffs know that we are here for ordering foods. We are really disappointed that we tried to say “hi”many times but staffs is totally ignore us and just stayed in the kitchen even the store is totally quiet. We are only two customers this morning!

The food is always consistently great, but the biggest draw is the amazing customer service! The new team member today was so lovely and helpful and the manager was so fantastic! We have been there quite a few times before, and despite being busy and us having weird orders, she’s always so nice and patient- big ups to you!
