Pakuranga Motor Lodge

Stayed here in October 2017Great little motor Lodge for your first night in New Zealand. We flew in to Auckland, arriving in the evening and needed a place to sleep for the night. Although the room was very old in style it was kept extremely clean and it looked like the shower had been recently updated. They also supply you with a small bottle of milk.The host was very helpful and showed us the room and when to park when we checked in.

Bit of road noise, room spotless and lovely lady at reception, needs bit of upgrade with colours in our room

Best place to relax convenient to the mall accessories.. food..And the owners & colleges are lovely

Had a wonderful stay there!Clean room with great wifi, friendly staff.relatively wonderful motel which is well located, right across the pakuranga plaza. Very close to the market and bus stop.Service is generally good....

The room itself was designed lovely. Its ashame the cleaners didn’t do a good job. A few things ruined the one night stay such as baby cockroaches and large ones everywhere!! A fridge that didn’t work and wasn’t cleaned prior. Complimentary soaps were not refilled before we came into room aswell. Service from host could have been better. When calling her to inform her that fridge was not working, she asked me to unplug fridge and move it to another outlet and that someone will check on the problem “tomorrow”.. while were gone. But overall.. will not be coming back due to the cockroaches in the fridge, cupboards, kitchen floor, lounge wall, bathroom floors.. horrible

Friendly staff. Place was clean but a bit old and tired. Near a noisey road and one window wouldn't close completely. Good enough for what we needed, served us well but could do with a bit of a refurb or refresh.
