Hastings has everything anyone could want in a library. First, they have a great selection of books. They are missing an array of older, still relevant books, but it's easy to find something newer and still worthwhile. They are also a center for the community with computers and activities. In fact, you can rent the place out after hours for nerf fun fights. How cool is that? If you get shot, you can just pick up a random book to read.

I find the staff are helpful and friendly. Plenty of space to work quietly and easy access to computers. The holiday programmes are great for kids and their families.

Felt safe with the measures they are taking for covid as well the services offered for those without a vaccine pass. Great work and fast checkout with new scanners!

This afternoon was nice and quiet.Looks nice and tidy. A wider entrance than before covid.Toilet facilities as you enter the library, which I didn't visit this time around.You can use an hour free internet, you ask at the desk if it's your first visit.
